At the presentation tier we will be utilizing technologies such as Asp.net, VB.net, HTML etc. In Business / Logic Tier we will be relying on VB.net & C# classes to accomplish the required.  Data Tier is the underlying database for storing the various information captured at the various libraries across the country will be done with Microsoft SQL Server.
